How does the hybrid pricing model work?

Your subscription tier includes a baseline of resources (RAM, CPU, storage, egress). If you exceed those limits, you're charged transparent per-unit rates for the additional usage. This gives you predictable base costs with flexibility to scale.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What regions are available?

We currently operate in US East, US West, and EU West data centers. Enterprise customers can request additional regions or dedicated infrastructure in specific locations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing with NET 30 payment terms.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Starter and Pro plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Enterprise plans typically include annual contracts with volume discounts.

What happens if I exceed my SLA?

If we fail to meet your guaranteed uptime SLA, you'll receive service credits applied to your next invoice. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly subscription based on the severity of the outage.
